Efficient Check-in

At Calacatta Housing we care about your well-being, starting right from the moment of check-in. With our Self-check-in method you can previously provide all the information we need before your arrival. On the day of your check-in you will already have all the necessary information to enter your apartment.

Without any time commitment, you can enter your apartment whenever you want after 3 pm. In case you would like to request an early check-in, we ask you to do so 24 hours prior to the scheduled check-in. By doing this you avoid an appointment with one of our team members in order to be able to enter the apartment.

Each guest has their own personal and non-transferable code, which is only valid during their stay, from 3 pm on the day of check-in until 11 am on the day of check-out. We kindly remind you that if you wish to check-out later, as well as the check-in, you must request it 24 hours prior to the previously scheduled time.
